Collins Ayodo is a seasoned security and risk management professional with extensive experience in corporate security, investigations, and support services. He currently serves as the Head of Security and Support Services at Mater Hospital Kenya, a role he assumed in January 2024. Prior to this, he was the Principal Security and Investigation Officer at Kenya Airways (2021–2023) and served in the Kenya Police Service for a decade (2011–2021), gaining invaluable frontline and investigative experience.
Collins is also an active member of ASIS International, Kenya Chapter 269, where he has served as Certification Chairman (2020–2024) and currently serves as Chapter Treasurer (since January 2025).

Sienna is the Board Chair for NECF, board member of the Global Cybersecurity Advisory Group, a member of the ASIS International Women In Security Steering Committee and ASIS Kenya Membership Chair and Women in Security Liaison.
Catherine Karuga

Her experience includes 10 years in public service as an investigator in Kenya police service, Directorate of Criminal investigations and Criminal Intelligence Bureau and over 6 years in private Security Sector.
Ms. Karuga is the Founder Director Recruitment and membership for Women in Safety Excellence (WISE) and the current Deputy Secretary General (Director Training) in the same association.
Throughout her career, Ms. Karuga has participated in security and safety awareness promotion and believes that diversity and inclusion in Security sector plays a great role in achieving secure working environment and a safe society for all.
Purity Kinanu

CIPD), underscoring her commitment to professional excellence and global HR standards.
In addition to her corporate leadership, Purity is the Chairperson of The Association of Women in Safety Excellence (WISE). She is also the Founder of WISE Mentorship Program, launched in 2021 to support and elevate women leaders in the safety and security industry. Under her guidance, this program has successfully graduated three cohorts and continues to shape the next generation of emerging leaders in the field.

Simon Karuki MSc, CPP, PSP, PCI, CFE

Simon Karuki is a Board-Certified Security Professional with over 15 years of experience in the management of Enterprise Security Risks, Fraud Risks, and Forensic Investigations.
Simon is the Head of Security and Investigations at I&M Bank. In addition, he has previously served as the Head of Corporate Security and Investigation Services for Ecobank Kenya and East Africa, Head of Security at ABC Bank and Security officer at Equity Bank.
Simon holds a Master of Science Degree in Security and Risk Management from the University of Leicester and is certified in Physical Security, Cybersecurity, Fraud Risk Management and Forensic Investigations.
Simon has received recognition at the Global level from ASIS International for his contribution to the advancement of the Security Profession through coaching and mentoring upcoming Security Professionals.

He is currently serving as the Group Security Manager at a leading diversified financial services group, overseeing operations across seven countries with over 2000 staff. Additionally, he is the Director of Security for the Professional Criminologists Association of Kenya (PCAK).
Kenwilliams is pursuing a PhD in Development Studies (Disaster Management & Sustainable Development) and holds a master’s degree in security management, a bachelor’s degree in criminology and security studies, and a Strategic Leadership Development Program (SLDP) certificate, alongside several postgraduate diplomas and certifications. He is also an ISO Quality Management (QMS) & Information Security Management System (ISMS) auditor.
His distinguished career includes service in the Kenya Defense Forces, the United Nations, and various state corporations. Kenwilliams has a strong track record in strategic planning, risk management, and policy development. He has worked with international organizations and private agencies, fostering robust security frameworks, and enhancing safety and communication standards across diverse regions, including Kenya, Somalia, Sudan, Zambia, Uganda, Côte d’Ivoire, Tanzania, and South Sudan.
Kenwilliams is also a prolific author, having published several journals in the fields of security, political science, terrorism, diplomacy and international relations, criminology, and peace and conflict.

Tobias See MBA, CPP, PCI, PSP

TOBIAS SEE MBA,CPP,PCI, PSP has been in the security industry in the region for the last 27 years. He is an holder of Masters in Business Administration in Strategic Management and Bachelor of Arts. He is triple certified, holder of CPP, PCI and PSP.
Besides being a director of Riley courier and First land development, he is also currently the Managing Director of Riley Falcon Security Services Ltd, one of the largest and well established Security companies in the Region.
Tobias has undertaken training in various aspects of security in Kenya, Europe Asia and America. He is also trained in corporate governance and is currently the serving chairman of ASIS – Kenya chapter.
